Anna-Marie Kühne

Anna-Marie has been active in the New Work and agile working environment for almost 10 years. At OMR Education, as team lead of the e-learning team, she exemplifies the principles of agile working and, as a specialist in agile product development, enables the team to develop OMR Education's various e-learning products in an agile manner and iteratively improve them. It also provides impulses beyond the team level to further develop OMR Education as an agile and learning organization, including the introduction of OKR and internal learning formats. She has also been certified as an Agile Learning Coach since 2021 and as a Scrum Master since 2024.
