Pia grew up speaking two languages – German and Danish. Is this where her great passion for communication comes from? One thing is certain: their roots remind them every day that there is not just one “language”, one perspective, one truth in living together, but rather lived diversity and good, shared understanding. She has therefore specialized in improving communication between people at work so that they can work more productively and happily with each other and come to more sensible solutions together. As a “generation mediator,” she has a particular focus on mixed-age teams and provides support as a coach, trainer and consultant.
