Samuel Hess is founder and chief experimentation officer of DRIP Agency and has conducted over 2,000 A/B tests in the last three years. Together with his 40-person team, he looks after and optimizes the online shops of fast-growing start-ups such as SNOCKS, as well as medium-sized family businesses such as Giesswein and corporations such as HelloFresh, on a daily basis. He has his own podcast called "Less Ego More Data." His passion for data-driven processes literally runs to his skin, which is why he has immortalized his life motto on his forearm.
