Since 2011, Jan has been passionate about active sourcing, social recruiting and HR technology. As a digital native and child of Generation Y, he has everything you need on XING, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and Co. to communicate with your target group at eye level. This allows him to track down current trends and use them to develop successful strategies and measures that work in recruiting. With this enthusiasm for tech and recruiting, Jan founded Die Grüne 3 GmbH together with his wife Kathrin in 2018. He passes on his extensive experience as a trainer, speaker, recruiter, sourcer and consultant in inspiring training courses.
