Marcus has been looking at HR from a marketing and business development perspective for over 11 years. As a digital media manager and employer brand manager, he has already gained exciting practical experience at various positions. In 2021 he founded hooman EMPLOYER MARKETING to help companies develop their own employer brand professionally and credibly. He is also chairman of the 'Working World of the Future' department at the Federal Association of the Digital Economy and podcaster, speaker and moderator.
