In this lesson you will learn to use three different frameworks for defining target groups: the buyer persona, the value proposition canvas and the 5 levels of awareness. You differentiate between the targeting options (detailed targeting, custom audiences, lookalike audiences) and make the most important settings. You'll also find out what Advantage+ Audiences offer and how to find the right target group for your campaign.

What is the Qualification Opportunities Act (QCG)?

On the basis of the Qualification Opportunities Act, the employment agency covers the training costs in full or in part and reimburses the company up to 75% of the salary.

Who is funded?

Working people who are subject to social insurance contributions and who, in consultation with their employer, want to complete further training in order to expand or develop new professional skills. This should serve to continue exercising the current position or prepare for further development within the company. The training or last further training must be at least two years ago.

What is funded?

The costs of in-service training and wage costs during further training are supported. Funded courses must consist of at least 120 hours. Therefore, select at least 2 modules for your participation.

How much is the funding?

Depending on the size of the company, the employment agency covers between 25% and 100% of the training costs. Regardless of this, for employees aged 45 and over or for severely disabled people, the subsidy can be up to 100%. Wage costs can also be subsidized between 25% and 75%. The company bears the remaining costs.

How can I participate?

What is the learning concept?

The continuing education program is a self-paced course held on a modern e-learning campus. It includes videos, quizzes, podcasts, and practical exercises. u.v.m. provide variety in your learning. Our subject matter experts and support team are available to answer your questions and assist you throughout the course.

There are 10 hours of learning time per week. How you distribute this time over the week is entirely up to you, as there are no fixed online presence times. This way you can optimally adapt your learning to your everyday job.

Can I do further training and receive financial support during parental leave?

Yes, with one Education voucher you can receive financial support for further training during your parental leave. They decide whether you are entitled Employment agency or that Job center. Requirements are u.a.:

  • Du bist arbeitsuchend oder von Arbeitslosigkeit bedroht.
  • Eine Weiterbildung ist für deine (Wieder-)Eingliederung oder zur Sicherung deines Arbeitsplatzes erforderlich.
